Terry Sadowski
Terry has been with AEC since 1977, and currently serves as a member of its Board of Directors. Since then he has held various positions in the company, including: Plant Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, Plant Superintendent, Manager of the Marinette, WI Operation, and Corporate Safety Director. In 1995 he was promoted to Vice President, and became responsible for the Rice Lake and Marinette Operations, and later the El Paso and Fiberex Operations. He has been honored by the company numerous times for his contributions, as a five-time recipient of the “Presidents Club” award, three-time recipient of the “Excelsior Award”, and the company's esteemed Century Award. Prior to his years with AEC, Terry participated in his family business, Sadowski Concrete Construction. He resides in Rice Lake, Wisconsin with his wife and two children.
