Marci WebbReporting directly to the President/CEO, Marci directs the benefits, payroll, facilities and security efforts, as well as the managers in those areas, for American Excelsior Company. Her direct reports include AEC's Benefits Coordinator, Payroll Coordinator, and Office Manager. She is responsible for all HR functions, including payroll, as well as the operations of the Corporate Location.

Marci's primary goals are to assist in the development of our “new” corporate culture by hiring the people whose skills and attributes best fit our environment, develop and/or change policies to support that mission, and train where appropriate to support that endeavor.

Previous work roles include the following: Vice President of Human Resources for Nest Family, in Irving, Texas; Managing Director of Human Resources for BeautiControl Cosmetics in Carrollton, TX; Assistant Vice President and Regional Director of HR for First American Title Insurance Company in Ft. Worth; 18 years of HR Generalist experience, with special skills in strategic planning, recruiting and employee development, training, and team building. Adept at writing and implementing policies and procedures, including implementing them where there were none before, and setting up “new” HR departments.

She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas where she majored in English and Business, with minors in Psychology and Marketing. Marci resides in Grand Prairie, Texas with her husband and 3 children.
